This website is operated by TurfGlo Pty Ltd (“TurfGlo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing any TurfGlo product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

These Terms apply to all TurfGlo products and services, including but not limited to TurfGlo Enzyme®, TurfGlo Shield, and any future TurfGlo product lines.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any unlawful, unauthorised, or competitive purpose.
A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of access or service.

2. Products and Services

TurfGlo products are developed for the cleaning, rejuvenation, and maintenance of artificial turf and related surfaces.
We make every effort to ensure our product information, instructions, and safety guidelines are accurate.
However, results may vary depending on turf condition, application method, and environmental factors.
TurfGlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or price at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

All intellectual property relating to TurfGlo Pty Ltd — including, but not limited to, the TurfGlo® and TurfGlo Enzyme® trademarks, product formulations, trade secrets, methods, bottle designs, domain names, marketing materials, text, and images — is owned exclusively by TurfGlo Pty Ltd.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any TurfGlo product, process, or material without written consent.

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Replicating, reselling, or redistributing TurfGlo products or formulas.

  • Using the TurfGlo name, logo, or branding for marketing, resale, or representation without authorisation.

  • Registering or using any business name, domain, or social handle containing “TurfGlo” or any confusingly similar term.

TurfGlo actively monitors and enforces its IP rights under Australian and international trademark law. Breaches may result in civil and/or criminal action.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and purchase information.
It is your responsibility to update your contact details, delivery address, and payment method when required.

5. Subscriptions

By purchasing a TurfGlo subscription, you authorise TurfGlo Pty Ltd to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed interval.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting subscriptions@turfglo.com.au
Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of the TurfGlo Enzyme® Starter Pack and requires correct product use as outlined.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders received by 11 AM AEST are shipped the same business day via Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days metro and 5–10 business days regional, depending on carrier operations.
TurfGlo is not responsible for delays or losses once parcels are handed to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurfGlo Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product Safety Disclaimer

TurfGlo products contain cleaning and enzyme-based ingredients.
Use only as directed.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid ingestion or mixing with other cleaning agents.
TurfGlo accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect storage, or deviation from recommended application instructions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
