Shipping policy

Shipping & Dispatch

We process and dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST (Mon–Fri) on the same business day.

Orders received after 11:00 AM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Melbourne, Victoria.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA): 2–5 business days
  • Regional: 4–7 business days
  • Remote (WA, NT, TAS): up to 10 business days

Delivery times are based on Australia Post’s guidelines and may vary depending on local conditions, weather, or public holidays.

Flat rate: 9.95 Australia-wide (standard delivery only)

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.
Customers using the Shop App can also track deliveries in real time.

Delivery Issues

  2. Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

Wrong Address / Returns

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.
