Purchase Options
TurfGlo offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans for selected products.
Subscription plans allow you to receive regular deliveries of TurfGlo Enzyme products at your chosen interval (for example, monthly or quarterly).
When you select a subscription:

You authorise TurfGlo to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each renewal period.

Subscription pricing reflects any discounts or offers available at the time you subscribed.
Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the interval you selected.

You’ll receive an email confirmation before each renewal is processed.

You can update your delivery schedule, payment method, or address at any time through your TurfGlo Account Portal (link in your confirmation email).
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.
To cancel:

Log in to your TurfGlo Account Portal, or
-
Email support@turfglo.com.au with your name and order number.
Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.
Skips & Changes
You can skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, or update payment details by logging into your account or contacting us at subscriptions@turfglo.com.au
Refunds on Subscriptions
Once a subscription order has shipped, it cannot be refunded under standard conditions unless covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (applies to Starter Packs only).
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification and another attempt will be made within 3 days. If the second attempt fails, the subscription will pause automatically until payment details are updated.
